Baggallini Works August 3, 2010 ScooBoo (Wichita, KS usa) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I purchased the Bagallini prior to my trip overseas. No space is wasted in this purse. I was able to carry most of the necessary items I needed for my trip. Perfect zipper compartment for my passport. I was even able to fit my digital camera inside. The adjustable shoulder straps are a plus. Loved the double coin compartments which kept my U.S. coins separate from my Euros. The only complaint I have is that the pockets where you keep your credit cards are not sturdy. The material is too flimsy and my credit cards and driver's license kept falling out. Other than that, the purse is constructed well and is very convenient for trips, tours and a day at the County Fair. Wish I had purchased this item a long time ago.
Very convenient June 15, 2010 Carrie R (Chicago, IL USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought this bag so I can easily transfer the contents of my purse to another purse without having to move each item individually and it works perfectly for this. I use it as a wallet but can also fit my phone, some make-up/personal items, sunglasses, etc. and can take it out of my medium size purse and throw it in my gym bag without worrying about what I am forgetting. I do use the credit card slots for my credit cards and they can be improved a bit as they are kind of flimsy/short as some other reviews mentioned but they still suffice. I would also like an additional outside pocket but overall, this purse has been great. I can even attach the included strap and use it as a small purse when necessary.
Fairly Functional May 13, 2010 Reviewer 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
"Wallet Bagg" is misleading because it is larger than a wallet. The zipper travels from the top to the side (opening halfway across the bag), so this can be convenient or not to some. While the bag is lightweight and functional which allows for easy washing in a laundry bag and which is gentler to those with sciatica, there are small drawbacks. The metal hardware parts - buckles, zipper pulls, etc. - are industrial-sized, heavy, and clunky. The credit card compartments are shallow and useless. Two small, loose zippered compartments in the center appear fragile as compared to to the larger one that is stitched onto the inside of the bag. Baggallini is made of a nylon material that makes a crunchy, noisy sound. Apart from these annoyances, the bag is fairly sturdy. It is slim but roomy, so I can finally include a pen, cell phone, and chapstick. In contrast, my tiny, sporty Sherpani bag was too small; the zipper opened the bottom (causing spills), and the stringy strap frayed badly. Baggallini could be a good choice for travel, and it is a fairly decent option for those who prefer lightweight, washable bags.
Great little wallet/purse March 4, 2010 G. M. Janett 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I don't like to carry heavy things around - it's inconvenient and I have a spine problem that makes it difficult. I had a nice big clutch-type wallet that fit all my cards, etc., but it was big and heavy. I replaced it with a foldover-type wallet, which was smaller and lighter, but didn't fit everything I needed. The Baggallini wallet bag, size small, is a great solution. Because it's made of fabric, it's lightweight. And though it's small, it not only has plenty of room for cards, cash and all those other wallet items, but also has room for key, my reading glasses, and a few other carry-along items. I like that long strap, as I can carry it over the opposite shoulder, like a messenger bag, which is more balanced weight-wise and prevents sliding off. And, if I do need to carry more things than fit into this bag (such as my knitting), it's small enough so that I can simply pop it into a larger bag and use it as a wallet. Highly recommended.
An excellent little bag February 10, 2010 Heijyoshin (Millbrae, CA United States) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Like all Baggallini bags, this one is well made, and well designed, with small compartments to organized everything. The only other thing I would wish for is somewhere to put my cell phone. Other than that, it is the ideal bag for everyday use if one doesn't want to be encumbered with a large bag.
