 Key clips fell off on day 1 October 10, 2008

Everything's fine with the wallet, except the key clips, which are sort of the point of getting it. They literally fell off while putting the keys on. Do not buy if you need it for storing keys. REALLY useful for not getting your pockets ripped, but not much fun if the keys keep falling off.

Luv the design, the size, and everything else about this key case. But, could not open the key hooks, and neither could my male friends. Very disappointed. Am returning it.

My dad wanted a key case for his birthday since his old one was falling apart. I couldn't find it in any local store, so I checked Amazon. Quick service! My dad was delighted with his new key case.

We were delighted to find this product as it is the type of keycase my husband has always used. Unfortunately we threw away his old tattered one before we discovered that the key clips come out in use. There is therefore a high risk of losing keys. We cannot figure out a way to repair the situation. My husband likes the other features. As we have no way to contact the manufacturer, we are not happy - the first time for an Amazon purchase. We had several contacts from the dealer, but no real solution was offered.
