This bag is made with cheap leathers and the zipper on the inside of the outside flap broke within two weeks. The width of the inside pocket is fixed at the top and only expands at the bottom when the optional expander zipper is unzipped. The shoulder strap is woven nylon with a plastic buckle. Fortunately, I was able to return mine and get my money back. Buyers beware!

The Buxton Over the Shoulder bag is a good idea, but does not hold as much as the commercials would lead you to believe. It was too small to hold the items that I usually carry in my purse.

Ladies, you can do better! The commercial made it seem like a miracle. I forgot my Buyer Beware instincts. After ordering it, I didn't see ANY benefit to this bag. The pockets are awkwardly arranged, the whole thing gets very bulky and clunky when full, the bag itself isn't attractive, and one of the internal zippers broke the first week I was struggling to fit everything inside. I bought a better alternative for the same price at a department store where I could test drive it to make sure that it would hold all my stuff!

I don't like the shoulder strap not being leather. The rest of the bag is and it should have been in the advertised detail that not all is leather. I am returning it.
I love the size of the bag and I would keep it if all was leather.

I saw the advertisement on TV and decided to buy the bag but when I got the bag, I was disappointed to say the least. The bag is very poor quality and the finishing is very poor. Some of the threads used to sew the bag are coming off. You can hardly fit anything in the bag unlike what was shown in the advertisement. Overall, I would not recommend this bag. It's just a waste of money.
