3 out of 5 stars Spool is weak   May 1, 2008

I found the retractable spool to be weak - couldn't hold my IDs up. I wound up taking off the spool and lanyard and just using the carrier on a different lanyard.

1 out of 5 stars Very Poorly Designed   May 29, 2007

After only three uses, the tag holder fell off. After close examination, I discovered the snap that holds the ID holder to the strap is incredibly flimsy and weak. Luckily I didn't lose any "important" ID; however, I did lose my monthly railroad commuter ticket and had to replace that. Beware of this shoddy product and refrain from purchasing it or you could wind up losing some very valuable items.
