I bought this checkbook holder because the ones you get with your checks are so cheap and flimsey. When I got the holder I really liked the thick leather. This is a cover that will never tear up and it holds your top stub checks so well. It also has another section holder that you can carry stamps or credit cards. The only thing I dont like about it is it is very heavy because of the thick leather. I would buy another just like this one if I lost mine because it will never wear out.
