I wasted a lot of time searching local stores for a key case. I should have turned to Amazon sooner! It is just what my husband wanted and arrived very quickly. We are very pleased.

I received a cheaper version of what was shown on the Amazon website. I e-mailed your supplier but never received a reply. I'll use what I received but I'm very disapointed in this purchase. Prior to this purchase my Amazon experience has been excellent.

stinks to high heaven. I have used this case for about 30 years so when one kinds of wears out, SAVE the key holders that are still good as ROLF will NOT offer you any replacements or answer the phone or answer any messages left.
They ignore every attempt to email or phone them.
You pay $30.00 for a case and the metal key holder. the metal will break after several years use long before the case wears out (you can't wear out this case) and you CAN NOT get a $.25 key holder replacement. If you buy this case, forget about ever getting ROLF to help you find a replacement as after you purchase, you are on your own.
To bad to have a wonderful product then ignore your customers thereafter.

After unsuccessfully searching different department stores, this was exactly what I was looking for. I've had an 8 ring key holder for years. Anything smaller wouldn't suffice. The seller sent e-mails updating the status of the purchase from the very beginning. The case arrived earlier than expected and was better than I anticipated. The photo in the ad doesn't do it justice. I had a problem installing one of my thicker, plastic coated keys, and contacted customer service. The representative was genuinely polite and courteous, and the problem was immediately resolved. I am more than happy with the product and the seller.

This is the best key case of this type from any source. The type with rings that snap directly into anchor plate wear out quickly as the slot wears from use. I use this type of case until the leather wears out. They mechanism is still good. I've had three of these over the last 20 or so years.
